In de bruisende Metropool Regio Amsterdam verwachten wij verdere groei en ontwikkeling. Met een hoog voorzieningenniveau en een sterke focus op het behoud en de versterking van groen, werken wij aan uitdagende projecten. In Amstelveen werken we aan grote opgaven zoals de transformatie van bedrijventerrein Legmeer, de bouw van woningen in de Scheg en diverse binnenstedelijke herontwikkelingen. Ook gebiedsontwikkelingen zoals het Stadshart, Kronenburg en langs de A9 staan op de agenda. In Aalsmeer richten we ons op Greenpoort, Green Park Aalsmeer, projecten in Kudelstaart, Oosteinde, centrumgebied en diverse kleinere ontwikkelingen langs de linten.Twee grote en complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen, de transformatie van het bedrijventerrein Legmeer naar een nieuwe woonwijk en de ontwikkeling van een nieuw bedrijventerrein in Amstelveen Zuid (BTAZ) zijn ondergebracht in het programma Nieuw Legmeer. Het programma is onderdeel van het team Projectmanagement, Planeconomie en Grondzaken, een van de vier teams binnen de afdeling Stedelijke Ontwikkeling. Voor BTAZ is al sprake van een vastgesteld bestemmingsplan met bijbehorend exploitatieplan. Nieuw Legmeer bevindt zich op dit moment in de fase van het opstellen van een wijziging van het omgevingsplan met onder meer bijbehorende kostenverhaalregels en een plan-MER. Het gebied is zo goed als geheel in eigendom bij particuliere partijen, waarmee afstemming plaatsvindt over de transformatie.Voor het programma Nieuw Legmeer/BTAZ zijn wij op zoek naar een senior juridisch adviseur (grondzaken). De opdracht is vanaf 4 mei 2026 voor minimaal een jaar en er is een mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Deze verlenging wordt voor afloop van de opdracht besproken en de exacte duur is nu nog niet bekend. Kandidaten met een beschikbaarheid tussen16 en 24 uur per week zijn welkom om te reageren. Wij kiezen voor inhuur vanwege specifieke werkzaamheden voor Bedrijventerrein Amstelveen Zuid (BTAZ) en de gebiedstransformatie Legmeer.
