De opdrachtnemer levert in de periode van september 2025 tot september 2026 de volgende concrete resultaten op ten behoeve van de verbetering van de integraliteit binnen het sociaal domein:1. Regiovisie-implementatie: Oplevering van een adviesrapport met concrete uitvoeringsvoorstellen gebaseerd op de regiovisie, inclusief een implementatieplan voor betrokken teams. Evaluatie van de voortgang vindt plaats per kwartaal.2. Monitoring en versterking van de integrale samenwerking: De opdrachtnemer monitort de voortgang van de integrale werkwijze binnen team Toegang op basis van met name het versterken van de samenwerking met het voorliggend veld en de uitvoering van de Stevige Lokale teams en de Toegang tot het Sociaal domein. De opdrachtnemer signaleert knelpunten of verbetermogelijkheden. Daarnaast levert de opdrachtnemer per kwartaal een adviesnotitie op met concrete aanbevelingen voor de versterking van de samenwerking tussen team Ondersteuning en de afdeling Informatie & Automatisering (I&A). De opdrachtnemer neemt hierin een verbindende rol, organiseert afstemmomenten waar nodig, en werkt toe naar gedragen verbeteracties.3. Juridische ondersteuning binnen specialisaties sociaal domein:o Begeleiding bij bezwaar- en beroepszaken: Per zaak wordt een adviesnotitie opgesteld en indien nodig een zitting voorbereid samen met betrokken consulenten.o Voorzitten van hoorzittingen: De opdrachtnemer levert na iedere hoorzitting een gestructureerde verslaglegging en juridische beoordeling op.o Zittingsbegeleiding rechtbank: De opdrachtnemer verzorgt juridische ondersteuning aan de consulent en levert een beknopt inhoudelijk verslag van de zitting.Resultaatafspraken functie- Opstellen van een prioriteringsdocument waarin op basis van analyse en overleg een rangorde van nieuwe en lopende opdrachten in samenwerking met team kwaliteit wordt bepaald. Dit document wordt opgeleverd in Q4 2025 en wordt geactualiseerd per kwartaal.- Adviesrapportages (minimaal 4 per jaar) aan de teamleiders, met onderbouwde voorstellen over specialisaties binnen het sociaal domein. Opdrachtnemer fungeert daarbij als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de kwaliteitsmedewerkers.- Regiovisie-analyse en vertaling naar opdrachten, inclusief planning en monitoring van uitvoering. Opdrachtnemer fungeert hierin als co?rdinerend adviseur en verbindt relevante betrokkenen. Twee concrete rapportages worden verwacht in Q1 en Q3 2026.- Interne juridische adviezen (minimaal 1 per maand) met betrekking tot uitvoeringsvraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein, inclusief adviesnotities en casu?stiekbeoordeling. De opdrachtnemer fungeert tevens als sparringpartner voor de juridisch kwaliteitsmedewerker.- Procesondersteuning en juridische beoordeling bij bezwaar- en beroepszaken binnen het sociaal domein. Resultaat: per casus een juridisch advies en/of begeleidingsnotitie (doel: max. doorlooptijd 6 weken per zaak, max. 15 zaken in de opdrachtperiode).
