Voor het team Fysieke Leefomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een senior-jurist die adviseert en procedeert op het gebied van het algemeen bestuurs(proces-)recht en met name op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht.Je bent inhoudelijk vraagbaak en klankbord voor de medewerkers en het bestuur op het gebied van het algemeen bestuurs(-proces)recht en het omgevingsrecht in brede zin.Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd juridisch advies over algemeen publiekrechtelijke, ruimtelijke en daaraan gerelateerde juridische vraagstukken.Je draagt zelfstandig bij aan een goede juridische kwaliteit van brieven, beleidsstukken en besluiten.Je vertegenwoordigt in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke medewerkers de gemeente bij bezwaar en (hoger-) beroepsprocedures.Je ondersteunt de medewerkers bij het opstellen en het afwikkelen van planschadeverzoeken.Het zwaartepunt bij deze opdracht ligt in het afhandelen van bezwaar en beroep (Rechtbank of Raad van State) en bij de advisering in het primaire proces.
