Wij zoeken een senior projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling met kennis van maatschappelijk vastgoed. Het is belangrijk dat je verbindend, integraal en resultaatgericht aan gebiedsontwikkelingen en transformatieopgaven werkt. Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van gebiedsontwikkeling en van het realiseren van maatschappelijke voorzieningen. Opdrachtomschrijving: Je gaat aan de slag met de gebiedsontwikkeling in Waldervaart, een woonwijk aan de westkant van Schagen. In het centrum van de wijk staan basisscholen, een kinderopvang en een sportzaal. Deze zijn sterk verouderd en aan vervanging toe. Het centrum moet het nieuwe hart van de wijk gaan vormen. Een ontmoetingsplek waar wonen, winkelen, sport, onderwijs, welzijn en zorg elkaar versterken. Het project loopt al even maar afgelopen jaar is duidelijk geworden dat de eerder geformuleerde uitgangspunten voor het IKC herijkt moeten worden. Het IKEC (integraal kind en expertise centrum) (voor kinderen van 0 tot en met 12 jaar, waaronder 3 basisscholen voor speciaal onderwijs) moet de plek worden waar alle basisscholen uit de Waldervaart in samen komen en plek is voor kinderopvang, sportzaal, zorg en een wijkvoorziening. Een plek waar onderwijs, opvang en zorg elkaar aanvullen. Recent zijn de eerste stappen gezet om het plan te herijken. Na het zomerreces gaat het projectteam verder aan de slag met de herijkte projectopdracht en herijkte samenwerkings-afspraken met de IKC-partners. Om de projectorganisatie voor deze opgave te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een (zeer) ervaren projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling met ervaring op het gebied van maatschappelijk vastgoed. Als ervaren projectleider leid je het projectteam. Het projectteam bestaat uit een ambtelijk opdrachtgever/gebiedsontwikkelaar, senior projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling maatschappelijk vastgoed, projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling woningbouw, projectondersteuner, adviseur onderwijs en vastgoedjurist.
