Het team Projectenbureau (18 medewerkers) richt zich op de projectmatige aansturing van de ontwikkeling, realisatie en exploitatie van majeure ruimtelijke initiatieven / vastgoedprojecten. Het team vormt daarmee de schakel, tussen enerzijds beleid en uitvoering en anderzijds tussen de gemeentelijke organisatie en externe ontwikkelaars, vastgoedpartners en andere (markt)partijen met betrokkenheid van klankbordgroepen en inwoners. Het team wordt aangestuurd door een teammanager en bestaat verder uit projectleiders, projectassistenten, planeconomen en medewerkers kavelverkoop. Voor het team Projectenbureau zijn wij op zoek naar maximaal twee ervaren projectleiders met een capaciteit van 12 ? 20 uur per week per kandidaat. Het is mogelijk om met meerdere personen te reageren op ??n opdracht van projectleider en de uren onderling te verdelen. Op dit moment zet het Projectenbureau haar schouders onder verschillende grote ruimtelijke projecten in de gemeente Land van Cuijk. Enkele voorbeelden hiervan zijn: de realisatie van uitbreidingswijk de Heeswijkse Kampen (Cuijk), de revitalisering van de Valuwe (wijk in Cuijk), een groot woningbouwplan in Boxmeer, centrumplannen in Cuijk en St. Anthonis, herontwikkeling Prinsenstal in Grave en diverse woningbouwprojecten in diverse kerkdorpen. De projectleiders vervullen een cruciale rol in een zeer dynamische omgeving.
