Inleiding De Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) zoekt een ervaren senior projectleider voor het project Beethoven Wonen. De senior projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor de integrale aansturing van het programma, realisatie van de doelstellingen, strategische afstemming met partners en bestuurlijke advisering. Doel van de opdracht Het zorgen voor een programmatische, regio-brede aanpak van de woningbouwversnelling en subsidieregelingen binnen Beethoven Wonen. Werkzaamheden Opstellen, monitoren en uitvoeren van het projectplan Beethoven Wonen. Aansturen van het programmateam, inclusief frontoffice en backoffice subsidieloket Beethoven Wonen. Adviseren van bestuur, directie en partners (gemeenten, provincie, Rijk en private partner). Risico-, kwaliteits- en voortgangsmanagement. Vertegenwoordiging van het programma in regionale overleggen. Bewaken van financi?n (subsidielijnen, budgetplafonds, prognoses). Verantwoording richting bestuur en subsidieverstrekkers.
