Onze gemeente staat voor grote uitdagingen: het cre?ren van passende en betaalbare woningen, het versterken van leefbaarheid en het houden van regie in ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. Binnen het cluster Ruimte zetten we stappen om processen te verbeteren, samenwerking te versterken en knelpunten weg te nemen. Als aanjager woningbouwversnelling speel jij hierin een cruciale rol. Je verbindt interne organisatie, bestuur, marktpartijen en regionale partners om projecten sneller en slimmer vooruit te helpen en daarmee direct bij te dragen aan een toekomstbestendig Veldhoven. Wat ga je precies doen? Je jaagt zowel lopende als nieuwe woningbouwprojecten aan en zorgt dat knelpunten vroeg worden gesignaleerd ?n opgelost;Je brengt structuur en tempo in processen en zorgt dat betrokken teams, ontwikkelaars en bestuurders op ??n lijn zitten;Je ontwikkelt en borgt een integrale werkwijze voor versnelling en adviseert het management en bestuur hierover;Je zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking met marktpartijen, corporaties, provincie en Brainportregio;Je monitort voortgang, risico?s en resultaten en vertaalt deze naar heldere bestuurlijke informatie;Je initieert verbeterkansen binnen beleid, processen en werkwijzen om de woningbouwversnelling blijvend te ondersteunen;
