We zoeken, in verband met extra werkzaamheden binnen het team RO, een Senior stedenbouwkundige/stedenbouwkundig ontwerper 12-32 uur. NB bij meerdere geschikte kandidaten houden we de mogelijkheid open om eventueel meerdere kandidaten uit de opdracht te halen. Als stedenbouwkundige houd je je bezig met: het adviseren ten aanzien van ruimtelijke projecten, omgevingsaanvragen, beleidsnota?s, beeldkwaliteit- en omgevingsplannen.het adviseren bij en ontwikkelen van stedenbouwkundige visies, scenario?s, strategie?n en oplossingsrichtingen voor complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van stedenbouw. het organiseren, het opstellen en begeleiden van stedenbouwkundige en landschappelijke studies, het opstellen van kaders voor (inrichtings)plannen. het verrichten van verkennend werk ten behoeve van planvorming door middel van schetsen en berekeningen.het geven van toelichting en het presenteren en verdedigen van plannen.
