Als (senior) toezichthouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controles bij (complexe) bedrijven en toets je deze aan de relevante wetten en regels (WABO). Je focus ligt op de industri?le bedrijfstak. Je handelt meldingen van overlast, ongewone voorvallen en verzoeken tot handhaving af. Daarnaast werk je de gedane controles administratief uit en stel je brieven op naar aanleiding van de controles. Op de gemaakte afspraken houd je toezicht. Als specialist voor de industri?le bedrijven ben je de vraagbaak binnen het team toezichthouders. Je ondersteunt collega?s bij lastige zaken en signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied. Samen met collega?s uit andere vakgebieden zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de praktijk worden uitgevoerd. 1. Het betreft een deta-vast constructie. Na een jaar is de kandidaat kosteloos overneembaar.2. Het tarief betreft een tarief inclusief woon-werkverkeer en eventuele parkeerkosten voor woon-werkverkeer;3. De kandidaat dient te beschikken over een VCA certificaat. Mocht daar geen sprake van zijn dan dient de kandidaat deze alsnog te behalen. Evt. kosten maken deel uit van het tarief.4. Opzegtermijn bedraagt 1 maand;5. Bij het factureren dient gebruik gemaakt te worden van een G-rekening;
