Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines Sequenziergerätes für kleine bis mittlere Anwendungen für den Einsatz in der molekularpathologischen Diagnostik einschließlich der erforderlichen Software, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme und Einweisung. Das System soll insbesondere für die Durchführung gezielter RNA-Analysen, den Pathogennachweis sowie für amplicon- und anreicherungsbasierte gezielte Sequenzierungsverfahren geeignet sein. Primär- und Sekundäranalyse sollen durch das angebotene System unterstützt werden. Neben der Lieferung des Sequenziergerätes umfasst die Ausschreibung den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Lieferung der für den Sequenzierbetrieb erforderlichen Reagenzienkits für einen Zeitraum von 48 Monaten. Die im Preisblatt angegebenen Mengen stellen Schätzmengen dar; eine Mindestabnahmeverpflichtung des Auftraggebers besteht nicht.
