En caso de producirse empates en la evaluación de las ofertas, este se resolverá aplicando la siguiente sucesión de criterios:
1)Primer Criterio : Mejor Oferta Económica.
2)Segundo Criterio : : Mejor Plazo de Entrega.
3)Tercer Criterio : Mejor Experiencia.
4)Cuarto Criterio : Presencia Local
5)Quinto Criterio : Mejor Garantía Del Servicio, Equipos y Materiales
6)Sexto Criterio : Mejores Condiciones de Empleo y Remuneraciones
7)Séptimo Criterio : El Azar, mediante sorteo (Tómbola).
Publicada la adjudicación en el Portal, los oferentes podrán, en las 48 horas siguientes, formular consultas respecto a la adjudicación, a través del sistema de Reclamos del Portal Mercado Público, las que serán respondidas por el mismo medio
Los oferentes deberán presentar debidamente la “Declaración jurada de requisitos para ofertar”, completando las secciones “Inhabilidades por condena” y “Ausencia de conflictos de Interés”, documento que será generado en línea a través del Sistema de Información, www.mercadopublico.cl, en el módulo de presentación de ofertas
Para la debida comprensión del contenido de las ofertas formuladas por los proponentes, la Comisión podrá solicitar a éstos, durante el proceso de evaluación, y a través del Portalwww.mercadopublico.cl(Foro Inverso), aclaraciones y entrega de antecedentes complementarios, como asimismo, información necesaria para salvar errores de hecho u omisiones evidentes, observando siempre los términos de las presentes Bases y el principio de igualdad entre los oferentes.
