Description

This CfQ seeks to establish the services of a Competent Person (Key Expert/s) who shall carry out the Inspection of Workshop Machines at the Manufacturing and Services Directorate (Public Works Department). Inspections shall adhere to the applicable requirements mandated by Work Equipment (Health and Safety) Regulations. The Service Contract shall commence from the last date of signature on the Contract Agreement and be valid for one (1) year or until the Contract Value has been reached, whichever comes first. No extension of time, repetition of services and/or additional services are envisaged for this contract.
