Opdrachtgever: Stichting Vervangingsfonds en Participatiefonds
VfPf zoekt per direct een tijdelijke Service Co?rdinator binnen het Regieteam IV, afdeling Run. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van binnenkomende meldingen (vragen, service requests, incidenten en standaard wijzigingen) en het ondersteunen van onze collega's van Run. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, vastlegging en voortgang van meldingen, zowel intern als bij onze IT-leveranciers.Belangrijkste taken:Meldingenbeheer:? Intake van meldingen: Je neemt binnengekomen meldingen in ontvangst en zorgt voor een correcte registratie.? Administratie: Je houdt de administratie van meldingen nauwkeurig en continu bij, zodat alle informatie up-to-date is en betrokkenen tijdig ge?nformeerd worden over de status.? Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de meldingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan de gestelde normen.Voortgangsbewaking:? Monitoring: Je bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging, zowel intern als bij onze IT-leveranciers.? Ondersteuning: Je biedt ondersteuning aan collega's van Run waar nodig, om ervoor te zorgen dat meldingen effici?nt worden afgehandeld.Documentatie en Preventie:? Documenteren van terugkerende meldingen: Je legt werkinstructies vast voor terugkerende meldingen in onze wiki op basis van uitleg van collega's van Run, zodat toekomstige meldingen zelfstandig kunnen worden afgehandeld.? Proactief meedenken: Je denkt proactief mee om terugkerende meldingen te voorkomen door problemen te identificeren en oplossingen te cre?ren.Deze opdracht voldoet conform wet DBA niet aan de criteria en een Zzp?er (eenmanszaak of een DGA van een BV) kan daarom niet inschrijven op deze opdracht.In tegenstelling tot wat in de selectie- en gunningsleidraad VfPf artikel 4.6 staat, hanteren wij bij deze opdracht een standstill termijn van 5 kalenderdagen, i.p.v. een standstill termijn van 10 kalenderdagen. Dit houdt in dat u binnen 5 kalenderdagen i.p.v. 10 kalenderdagen na ontvangst van het oordeel bezwaar dient aan te tekenen via een kort geding.
