Les prestations objet de la consultation regroupent l’ensemble des activités liées au service de restauration ambulante à bord des trains SNCF Voyageurs OCEAN sur les lignes dites Trains d'Equilibre du Territoire (TET) Nantes - Lyon et Nantes - Bordeaux, ainsi que certaines prestations annexes : - le marketing de l’offre : mise au point et gestion de l'offre produits, (y compris choix des fournisseurs et partenaires commerciaux), - la préparation des dotations de restauration et autres produits pour les trains Le service de ventes à bord de manière ambulante, -la prestation de Ramassage des déchets dans les voitures Voyageurs, de maintien en propreté des surfaces horizontales des espaces sanitaires, et de tri des déchets à bord, - des services annexes (assistance en cas de situation perturbée, ...) - les prestations logistiques de transport du service à terre (SAT) : gestion des flux, stockage en gares, opérations d’avitaillement et désavitaillement des trains, transbordement, …), - la mise en place d’une politique RSE (concernant notamment l’offre produits et la gestion). - le pilotage global des missions transverses (pilotage global, systèmes d’informations, RSE, management de la qualité, conseil et veille auprès de SNCF Voyageurs OCEAN…).
