Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Velsen
De gemeente Velsen zet een aanbesteding in de markt t.b.v. de aanschaf van een applicatie voor het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op het gebied van ITIL/FMIS taken. De aan te besteden Opdracht betreft ten minste:
โข het als Software-as-a-Service leveren van de ICT-oplossing;
โข het technisch implementeren van de ICT-oplossing, inclusief de koppelingen;
โข het organisatorisch inrichten van de ICT-oplossing samen met de Opdrachtgever;
โข het initieel opleiden, trainen, instrueren van de medewerkers van Opdrachtgever;
โข het technisch beheren en functioneel onderhouden van de ICT-oplossing;
โข het leveren van ondersteuning voor het functioneel beheer van de Opdrachtgever.
