Services d'auteur de projet architecte pour la transformation de l'école Don Bosco en Pôle Santé. Le Pôle Santé a vocation d’accueillir plusieurs médecins généralistes en son sein ainsi que des praticiens para-médicaux. Une partie logement à destination d’assistants et/ou stagiaires est également incluse dans le bâtiment. Les missions consistent notamment en l’élaboration d’un avant-projet puis d’un projet (cahier des charges) en vue de transformer le bâtiment actuel en un Pôle Santé répondant aux attentes des médecins et des autres occupants des lieux (en ce compris une partie logement), ainsi qu’aux exigences énergétiques et critères d’accessibilité actuels, sans oublier les critères de salubrité pour la partie logement. Les missions prévoient également l’examen des offres et la rédaction du rapport d’attribution du marché de travaux ainsi que le suivi complet de ceux-ci, jusqu’à leur réception définitive.
