Le présent marché concerne une prestation de transports destinée à assurer les déplacements en car, en temps scolaires et/ou non scolaire, des élèves des écoles maternelles et élémentaires de la CAPSO dans le cadre du service commun. (lot 2). Le service de transports occasionnels est scindé en 3 lots. Cet accord-cadre porte sur les déplacements des élèves des écoles maternelles et élémentaires situées sur les communes de Audincthun, Avroult, Bayenghem-lez-Eperlecques, Coyecques, Dennebroeucq, Eperlecques, Fauquembergues, Houlle, Longuenesse, Mentque-Nortbécourt, Moringhem, Moulle, Nordausques, Nort-Leulinghem, Reclinghem, Saint-Martin-Lez-Tatinghem, Saint-Omer, Salperwick, Serques, Tilques,Tournehem-sur-la-Hem, Renty, Saint-Martin-d'Hardinghem, Zouafques. Une premiére consultation a été lancée le 30 mars 2026. Or, à la remise des offres de cette consultation, pour le lot 2, seule une offre irrégulière a été déposée. Ce lot a donc été déclaré infructueux. Par conséquent ce lot est relancé et fait l'objet de la présente consultation
