Internet and fixed telephony services

The purchase will be finalized by concluding a framework agreement for services with a single economic operator, valid for 48 months from the date of its signing and includes the provision of internet and fixed telephony services, including related services and products. On the framework agreement: SIP subscription, minimum 1- maximum 2 subscriptions x 48 months; Analog subscription (telephony and fax), minimum 2 - maximum 10 subscriptions x48 months; Fax2mail subscription, minimum 2- maximum 4 subscriptions x48 months; Telephone exchange rental subscription, minimum 1- maximum 2 subscriptions x48 months; Guaranteed line internet subscription 1 Gbps, minimum 1 - maximum 4 subscriptions x24 months; Best effort line internet subscription 1 Gbps, minimum 1 - maximum 8 subscriptions x48 months; Guaranteed line internet subscription 500 Mbps, minimum 1 - maximum 4 subscriptions x48 months; Best effort line internet subscription 500 Mbps for the duration of the framework agreement, minimum 3 - maximum 8 subscriptions x 48 months; Active protection services subscription for firewall, antivirus/antispyware, intrusion prevention and web filtering, minimum 1 - maximum 2 subscriptions x 48 months; Additional IP services subscription, minimum 1 - maximum 10 subscriptions x 48 months. Incidental expenses on the framework agreement: services - in the amount of 11,200.00 euros excluding VAT; On the subsequent contract: SIP subscription, minimum 1- maximum 2 subscriptions x 12 months; Analog subscription (telephony and fax), minimum 2 - maximum 10 subscriptions x12 months; Fax2mail subscription, minimum 2- maximum 4 subscriptions x12 months; Telephone exchange rental subscription, minimum 1- maximum 2 subscriptions x12 months; Guaranteed line internet subscription 1 Gbps, minimum - maximum 4 subscriptions x12 months; Best effort line internet subscription 1 Gbps, minimum 1 - maximum 8 subscriptions x12 months; Guaranteed line internet subscription 500 Mbps, minimum 1 - maximum 4 subscriptions x12 months; Best effort line internet subscription 500 Mbps for the duration of the framework agreement, minimum 3 - maximum 8 subscriptions x 12 months; Active protection services subscription for firewall, antivirus/antispyware, intrusion prevention and web filtering, minimum 1 - maximum 2 subscriptions x 12 months; Additional IP services subscription, minimum 1 - maximum 10 subscriptions x 12 months. The value of the largest subsequent contract: 39,372.00 euros excluding VAT The first order for terminals will be placed immediately after the signing of the framework agreement by the parties and will consist of the following: - Desk/director phones: 10 units; - Cordless phones: 50 units; - Base/station phones: 20 units. Minimum-maximum quantities on the framework agreement: the quantities from the first order - 35 units Desk/director phones + 130 units Cordless phones + 50 units Base/station phones. Minimum-maximum quantities on the subsequent contract: one unit of each model - the quantities from the first order, subsequent orders having an estimated maximum of 2 units of any category. Frequency of drawing up product order forms - estimated 1-5 times/year. Frequency of subsequent service contracts: annual, with the possibility of decreasing/increasing the number of subscriptions, by additional act.
