Specificul acestor echipamente este ca sunt folosite la sonde in mod repetat ceea ce presupune elemente de etanşare si/sau de uzura care trebuie înlocuite periodic. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
