Maintenance services for the Document Management application and Maintenance services for the Notice Management application

The Document Management software and the Notice Management software are two distinct applications with separately defined functionalities and purposes, but integrated at the user level. The notice management application aims to fulfill activities related to the evaluation and issuance of notices for technical documentation related to objectives in areas with civil aeronautical easements or other areas where they may constitute obstacles to air navigation and/or affect flight safety in the territory and airspace of Romania, based on the provisions of art. 87 para. (1) of the Romanian Air Code of 2020, approved by Law no. 21/2020, OMTCT 1185/2006 and art. 3 para. 1 letter a point 13 of the Regulation on organization and functioning, annex to Government Decision no. 405/1993 on the establishment of AACR, as amended and supplemented. The document circulation application allows for correspondence circulation flows according to the internal procedure PI-GN-CIC. Both applications manage AACR documents, digitizing stages and workflows. The applications are installed in the AACR IT infrastructure, and users use a single access interface. Depending on their responsibilities, access to the various functions of the applications is granted. The applications allow grouping all correspondence from the AACR level in the registry page, both that received by email and that from online forms on the AACR website. The document management application is addressed to all AACR employees, and the notice management application is monitored by DA, to ensure compliance with legal provisions regarding AACR's attributions for issuing notices in areas with aeronautical easements.
