In the event of a tie between 2 or more bidders in their final evaluation, the contract will be awarded to the bidder who obtained the highest score in the criterion with the highest weighting. If the tie persists, the second tie-breaking mechanism will be to award the contract to the provider who obtained the highest score in the criterion that follows in weighting, and so on with all the evaluation criteria for the Tender. In the event that, by applying the criteria indicated in this clause, the tie between 2 or more providers is not resolved, the contract will be awarded to the provider belonging to the commune of Temuco, in 1st place; the Region of La Araucanía in 2nd place. If the tie persists, the provider that has completed the most satisfactory sales (paid) with the Municipal Corporation of Sports and Recreation of Temuco during the last 12 months prior to the month in which the offers are evaluated will be selected. If the tie still persists, the offer that was entered first on the Public Market Portal will be selected.
