Las prestaciones objeto del contrato comprenden, entre otras, la realización de los siguientes servicios: consulta, información general y bibliográfica, préstamo y devolución de ejemplares, audición y visionado de materiales audiovisuales, acceso a bases de datos y a Internet, atención al público, y realización, atención y asistencia de actividades culturales en los horarios complementarios de apertura de la Biblioteca de La Rioja, sita en la calle Merced, 1 de Logroño.
