En caso de empate se adjudicará al proponente que haya obtenido mayor puntaje en el
factor denominado “Componente Financiero”; de persistir el empate, se adjudicará al
oferente que haya obtenido mayor puntaje en el factor denominado “Componente
Técnico”; y de persistir el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido mayor
puntaje en el factor denominado “Experiencia del Oferente en el rubro de servicios de
aseo”. Si aun así persiste el empate resolverá dicha situación el Director General, en
razón de la superior conveniencia de la institución.
