Original language: SpanishOBJETIVO GENERAL: Prestar una atención y/o asistencia integral, coordinada y especializada, a las víctimas de delito y dar respuestas a sus necesidades específicas en los ámbitos jurídicos, psicológico y social, mediante una intervención interdisciplinar de su equipo técnico, al amparo de lo previsto en las normas citadas: la Ley 4/2015, de 27 de abril, el Real Decreto 1109/2015, de 11 de diciembre, y Decreto andaluz 375/2011, de 30 de diciembre, en el ámbito de la provincia de Almería. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS: 1. Prevenir todas las formas de victimización y promover la protección de las víctimas de delitos en el ámbito procesal. 2. Velar y promover los derechos de las víctimas ante el sistema de justicia penal, ofreciéndoles información detallada en un lenguaje sencillo y asequible sobre cuales son sus derechos y cómo ejercitarlos. 3. Velar y promover los derechos de las víctimas con independencia de que sean parte en un proceso penal o hayan decidido o no ejercer algún tipo de acción, e incluso con anterioridad a la iniciación del proceso penal.
4. Acercar la Justicia a la ciudadanía, promoviendo la atención, información y orientación sobre cuestiones relacionadas con la Administración de Justicia. 5. Informar y orientar sobre las funciones del SAVA mediante la actividad divulgativa y preventiva de todas las formas de victimización. 6. Facilitar la colaboración, coordinación y derivación entre todos los organismos, instituciones y servicios que puedan estar implicados en la asistencia a víctimas. 7. Desarrollar estudios e investigaciones sobre diferentes aspectos de la victimización a partir de los resultados de la intervención del equipo multidisciplinar del SAVA, que permitan llevar a la práctica la prevención de la victimización. 8. Evaluar la actuación del propio servicio que se presta. 9. Cuantos otros puedan determinarse en aplicación del Decreto 375/2011, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se regula el Servicio de Asistencia a Víctimas en Andalucía, del Estatuto de la Víctima, regulado en la Ley 4/2015, de 27 de abril, y en su reglamento de desarrollo.
