Los trabajos a realizar serán los precisos para llevar a cabo el servicio de ejecución de actuaciones de conservación fluvial, incluidas actividades de mejora no infraestructural, en el dominio público hidráulico de las cuencas de demarcación hidrográfica Galicia Costa. El objetivo principal a alcanzar será la naturalización de los canales de la demarcación hidrográfica. Así, en general, el ámbito de los trabajos y actividades a desarrollar en el presente servicio recaerán en las actuaciones que se acometen en materia de conservación fluvial y que se encuadran en términos generales en los siguientes grupos, descritos más concretamente en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas: a) Actuaciones de conservación fluvial, con labores de acondicionamiento ambiental de los tramos afectados o con incidencias, retirada de sedimentos, eliminación de obstáculos de lechos y de las zonas de servidumbre, atrancos de madera, talas y podas de árboles y demás actuaciones precisas en el dominio público hidráulico. b) Actuaciones singulares, actuaciones de restauración (recuperación de estructura y funcionamiento natural de los lechos), rehabilitación (recuperación de un estado similar al natural, manteniendo las presiones existentes), mejora ambiental en el entorno (aumento del valor del río pero no la recuperación de su funcionamiento ecológico anterior) o adecuación de los tramos fluviales (adecuación recreativa, protecciones y demás actuaciones necesarias), entre otras. c) Recopilación de datos, redacción de informes y comunicaciones entre los diferentes actores participantes.
