Servicio de intermediación y gestión en la búsqueda de un alojamiento provisional y de emergencia por falta o pérdida de vivienda, mediante la gestión de la contratación de empresas de establecimientos del sector de hoteleria (apartahoteles, hoteles, hostales, pensiones, albergues, casas de colonias y otros) que operen en la ciudad de Santa Coloma de Gramenet y/o en el área metropolitana de Barcelona, así como en otros municipios más lejanos bien comunicados por transporte público con Santa Coloma de Gramenet, de conformidad y con las condiciones establecidas en el PPT.Además de los servicios de alojamiento (servicios generales como complementarios) la finalidad del contrato se insiere dentro de la política de servicios de asistencia social, que justifica la utilidad pública del contrato de vital importancia dado que la gestión en el seguimiento de las personas alojadas se tiene que hacer atendiendo adecuadamente a las circunstancias personals que son de especial atención, siendo imprescindible el trato personal adecuado a las circunstancias emocionales y sociales para alcalzar el objetivo social perseguido con el alojamiento de las familias y/o personals vulnerables usuarias del servicio.
