El presente contrato tiene por objeto la gestión integral de un servicio especializado de carácter psicosocial dirigido a menores de edad y a sus familias expuestos a situaciones de pornografía y otras situaciones de violencia no sexual ejercida por menores hacia otras personas, siempre que se den las siguientes condiciones: a) Que no exista diligencia abierta en la Fiscalía de Menores ni procedimiento judicial en curso, y b) el caso no esté siendo atendido por recursos específicos competentes (p. ej., recursos de menores en conflicto con la ley, ARRMI u otros servicios especializados de la red autonómica o local). La intervención incluirá valoración breve, orientación y, en su caso, derivación coordinada al recurso idóneo, garantizando la continuidad asistencial y evitando la revictimización
