The Municipalidad de Cisnes in Chile is seeking proposals for the provision of event production services for a "New Year" celebration. This tender calls for a comprehensive service package to manage and execute a public event. The scope of services will likely encompass all aspects of event planning and execution, including but not limited to stage design and setup, sound and lighting systems, audiovisual equipment, entertainment booking, on-site management, security coordination, and potentially crowd control measures. Bidders are expected to demonstrate extensive experience in organizing and producing large-scale public events, particularly festive or celebratory occasions. Key evaluation criteria will include the creativity and feasibility of the proposed event concept, the technical capabilities of the production team, a detailed logistical plan, adherence to safety regulations, and the overall cost of the proposed services. The goal is to ensure a successful, safe, and memorable New Year's event for the community of Cisnes.
