El presente contrato tiene por objeto regular y definir el alcance y condiciones del servicio para la realización de los Proyectos, Dirección de la Obra y la Coordinación de la Seguridad y Salud de la sustitución del circuito hidráulico de la instalación de climatización del Hospital Universitario de Sant Joan dAlacant. El Hospital, en funcionamiento desde 1991, dispone de una instalación de climatización cuyo circuito hidráulico presenta un elevado grado de envejecimiento y obsolescencia. Esta situación puede afectar a la fiabilidad, eficiencia energética y mantenimiento de un sistema esencial para la actividad asistencial.
