En caso de que dos o más ofertas obtengan igual puntaje final, la Comisión dirimirá el empate de acuerdo a los siguientes criterios, en estricto orden de aplicación:1)Se preferirá la propuesta que obtenga mayor puntaje en el criterio de evaluación“A”.2)Si persiste la igualdad, se preferirá la propuesta que obtenga mayor puntaje de evaluación del criterio de evaluación“C”.3)Si la igualdad persiste, se preferirá la oferta que obtenga mayor puntaje en el criterio“B”y“D”, “E” y “F”siguiendo este mismo orden.4)Si persiste la igualdad, será elegida la propuesta que obtenga el mayor puntaje con hasta2 decimales.5)En última instancia, si el empate continúa, se optará por el proveedor que haya ingresado primero su oferta al portal www.mercadopublico.cl.

El oferente declara que, por el sólo hecho de participar en esta licitación, acepta expresamente el presente pacto de integridad, obligándose a cumplir con todas y cada una de las estipulaciones contenidas el mismo, sin perjuicio de las que se señalen en el resto de las bases de licitación y demás documentos integrantes. Especialmente, el oferente acepta el suministrar toda la información y documentación que sea considerada necesaria y exigida de acuerdo a las presentes bases de licitación
La municipalidad aplicará las siguientes multas:
El retraso injustificado en la entrega del servicio, posterior a la adjudicación, en relación al plazo ofertado del proveedor derivara en una multa de5 UTM.
