By the mere act of submitting an offer, the bidding entities signify that they have read, understood, accepted, and agree to the present terms, service specifications, technical characteristics that directly or indirectly affect this tender, the general conditions of the requested service and accompanying background information, as well as any clarifications and responses to queries and the contracting conditions, and under no circumstances may they claim ignorance of these or request compensation, indemnification, or considerations of any kind. Offers must have a minimum validity of 90 business days from the offer submission deadline. The bidding entity will be responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in its offer, through the Administrative, Technical, and Economic Background information entered on the www.mercadopublico.cl Portal. All documentation and information contained in the offers may be verified at any time by SERVIU Metropolitano, and the supplier must keep the originals of the documents contained in its offer during the entire contract period, and provide them to SERVIU Metropolitano when requested. The opening of offers for this Tender will be carried out in one stage, which will be automatic through the Public Market Portal Information System, as established in the "Stages and Deadlines" section of these Terms. 10.3. Evaluation Methodology The evaluation of offers will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee composed of three professionals from the Housing and Equipment Sub-Directorate, who will be appointed by Order of Service from the Sub-Director of SERVIU Metropolitano. The Committee will proceed to review and analyze the background information provided by the bidders, in accordance with the requirements of these Terms. All professionals, regardless of their legal status, whose function is to evaluate or qualify public or private tender processes must sign a sworn statement of absence of conflict of interest for each procedure in which they participate, this is due to Article 35nonies, Chapter VII, of Law No. 19.886 incorporated by Law No. 21.634. The members of the Evaluation Committee must elect a president among themselves and may not have conflicts of interest with the Bidders, in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of the evaluation, which must be recorded in the respective Evaluation Minutes and by signing the declaration...
