In the event that, after the offer evaluation process is completed, there are two or more bidders tied in the final result, and therefore both or all are in a position to be awarded, the offer with the highest score in the following list of criteria in order of preference will be chosen:

During the term of the respective contract, the supplier must prove that it has no outstanding labor and social obligations with its current employees or with employees hired in the last two years. This is without prejudice to the obligations that may be required in this regard to authorize the payment of the corresponding installment during the service provision. This declaration must be submitted upon completion of half of the contract period, with a maximum of six months. In the case of a UTP, it must be submitted by each member thereof.
To prove compliance with the foregoing, the supplier must submit during the contract term, at the midpoint of its term, with a maximum of six months, the “Certificate of Compliance with Labor and Social Security Obligations”, issued by the Directorate of Labor.
SERVIU may request the supplier, at any time, the documentation it deems necessary to prove compliance with the aforementioned labor and social obligations, within the framework permitted by applicable national or international regulations.
In the event that the supplier has outstanding remuneration or social security contribution balances with its current employees or with employees hired in the last two years, the first payment statements resulting from this tender must be used to pay said obligations, and the supplier must prove that all obligations have been settled upon completion of half of the service execution period, with a maximum of six months.
SERVIU must require the supplier to make said payments and present the receipts and forms demonstrating full compliance with the obligation. Failure by the supplier to comply with these obligations will entitle SERVIU to terminate the contractual relationship, and a new tender may be called for...
