In case of a tie between 2 or more offers, it will be resolved by awarding to the bidder who presents the lowest economic offer. If they continue tied, the tie will be resolved by awarding to the supplier who presents the best score in the Employment and Remuneration Conditions criterion. If the tie persists, it will be awarded to the supplier who entered their offer first on the Public Market Portal. In order to comply with the ethical, moral, and transparency principles that govern the public procurement process, each bidder wishing to submit offers must act with transparency, legality, and veracity in the process, and in the submission of information and background presented in their proposal. Likewise, they acknowledge and declare that the offer submitted in the bidding process is a serious proposal, with reliable information and in technical and economic terms adjusted to reality, ensuring the possibility of fulfilling it under the offered conditions and timing.
