In the event that two or more offers are presented that obtain the same score, the mechanism to resolve successive ties that may occur in the final evaluation result will be as follows: -In the first instance to break the tie, the proposal that has obtained the best score in the criterion: PRICE will be considered. -If they continue tied, the proposal that has obtained the best score in the criterion: OFFEROR'S EXPERIENCE will be considered. -If they continue tied, the offer with the best score in the criterion: FORMAL REQUIREMENTS COMPLIANCE will be considered. -And as a last tie-breaking criterion, the proposal that has obtained the best score in the criterion: INTEGRITY PACT will be considered. If the tie persists until the end, the University, through the evaluation manager, will propose to the rector or whoever has delegated the authority, to award the proposal to the proponent who first submitted their offer on www.mercadopublico.cl, the information provided by the web portal being sufficient evidence; and if there are offers that were submitted at the same time or the submission date cannot be determined, said authority will resolve the award.
