En caso de presentarse un empate entre 2 o más ofertas, ello se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio“EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL DEL ESPECIALISTA”. Si aplicando la fórmula anterior aún persiste el empate entre oferentes, dicha situación se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio“PRESENCIA EN EL MERCADO”y finalmente, de continuar aun así empatados los oferentes, se adjudicará al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio“OFERTA ECONÓMICA”.
En caso de que los oferentes no adjudicados en el proceso licitatorio deseen efectuar consultas respecto al resultado del proceso de adjudicación, estas deberán ser dirigidas mediante correo electrónico a cinthya.velasquez@ptovaras.cl, en un plazo no superior a 3 días corridos contados desde la notificación a través del portal de la resolución de adjudicación, unidad que entregará la respuesta y/o aclaración respectiva en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles posteriores al día de efectuada la consulta.
