Ascensores: 24 Montacargas: 2 Puertas automáticas: 15 (hasta el 7/01/2029, incluido) Resto: 14 Este contrato llevará a cabo el mantenimiento integral de todas las puertas automáticas indicadas en el apartado 3 del PPT hasta el 7/01/2029, incluido, momento en el que el que dicho mantenimiento formará parte de otro contrato de mantenimiento más acorde con dichos trabajos. La empresa adjudicataria del lote 1 se compromete al mantenimiento y conservación de las instalaciones indicadas en este pliego, incluidos los cuartos de máquinas, huecos y fosos, en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y limpieza, de modo que se eviten o disminuyan las averías o fallos que interrumpan o dificulten su operatividad. El adjudicatario implantará, sin coste y dentro de los dos primeros dos meses de vigencia del contrato, un sistema de mantenimiento asistido por ordenador (en adelante GMAO) para el seguimiento del contrato por parte del responsable del contrato. Las empresa adjudicataria del lote 1, deben de estar dados de alta en el Registro de empresas mantenedoras de ascensores de la Dirección General de Industria, Energía y Minas de la Comunidad de Madrid, durante toda la vigencia del contrato. Las empresa adjudicataria del lote 1, deberán estar en posesión de la certificación ISO-9001 Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, la ISO.14001 Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, la ISO-50001 Sistema de Gestión de Energía y la 45001 Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud.
