En caso de que, al aplicar la matriz de evaluación de ofertas, dos o más oferentes obtengan el mismo puntaje final ponderado, la Corporación Cultural Municipal de Los Ángeles adjudicará la licitación al oferente que presente el mejor puntaje en los criterios de evaluación, conforme al siguiente orden de prelación jerárquico: -1° Desempate: Se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio "Precio" (10%). -2° Desempate: Si persiste el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio "Experiencia Laboral" (35%). -3° Desempate: Si persiste el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio "Entrevista Personal" (30%). -4° Desempate: Si persiste el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio "Formación Profesional" (20%). -5° Desempate: Si persiste el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio "Programa de Integridad y Ética Empresarial" (5%). -6° Desempate: En última instancia, en caso de mantenerse la igualdad tras aplicar todos los criterios anteriores, se adjudicará a aquel oferente que haya ingresado primero su oferta en el portal Mercado Público, según la fecha y hora de ingreso que registre el comprobante de postulación emitido por dicha plataforma.Data provenance
