c) LTCAT - Laudo Técnico das Condições Ambientais do Trabalho;
d) PPP - Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário;
e) ASO - Atestado de Saúde Ocupacional, incluindo exames admissionais, periódicos e demissionais;
f) CAT - Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho, quando aplicável;
g) Orientações quanto ao uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPC) e Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI);
