L’appalto ha per oggetto l’incarico professionale relativo alla prestazione di servizi di ingegneria e architettura relativi alla redazione del progetto di fattibilità tecnico‑economica (PFTE) e del progetto esecutivo, comprensivi delle attività specialistiche connesse, nonché delle attività di supporto alle procedure espropriative e di asservimento, inclusa la redazione del piano particellare, la stima delle indennità e l’assistenza all’iter procedurale per la realizzazione della Dorsale di adduzione a Lignano e Bibione a partire dalla distribuzione dalla centrale di Fauglis in provincia di Udine, comprensive della gestione completa delle procedure espropriative e autorizzative fino alla loro conclusione e alla piena disponibilità delle aree. In seguito all’approvazione del PFTE, la Stazione Appaltante richiederà anche la redazione della fase esecutiva dei LOTTI esecutivi (la progettazione di ciascun lotto esecutivo dovrà avere caratteristica di appellabilità immediata ed indipendente dagli altri lotti) come descritto nella Specifica Tecnica allegata.
