I servizi richiesti dal presente appalto sono i seguenti:- conduzione e manutenzione della discarica;- gestione della captazione e combustione del biogas;- gestione della captazione del percolato, intesa come programmazione dei servizi con soggetti terzi incaricati del servizio di raccolta, trasporto e smaltimento del rifiuto (sempre sotto la supervisione della Stazione appaltante);- verifica del corretto funzionamento delle reti impiantistiche (elettriche ed idrauliche) e manutenzione ordinaria delle stesse;- analisi delle matrici ambientali secondo le frequenze e le specifiche dettate dall’Autorizzazione (ogni onere compreso, ad esempio: campionamento, misurazioni, prove analitiche, ecc.);- taglio annuale erba sul corpo discarica e sulle pertinenze per tutta la durata dell’appalto;- manutenzione ordinaria del verde;- revisione, manutenzione e sostituzione attrezzature e dispositivi antincendio;- redazione del rapporto annuale per gli Enti preposti al controllo;- redazione di una perizia asseverata volta all’aggiornamento della stima dei costi di gestione delle attività di gestione del post-mortem della discarica dal 2026 al 2036;- redazione, su richiesta della Stazione Appaltante, di relazioni e/o studi funzionali alla gestione del sito che si rendano necessarie su richiesta degli organi di controllo;- manutenzioni straordinarie del sito, su richiesta della Stazione Appaltante (debitamente preventivata e consuntivata in base all’elenco prezzi regionale), sia sul verde che sull’impiantistica in generale (meccanica, elettrica, idraulica, ecc.) ad eccezione ella manutenzione straordinaria annuale della recinzione perimetrale, già compresa nel canone.
