Servizio di tesoreria comunale. L’affidamento del servizio di tesoreria oggetto del presente appalto, come previsto dall’art. 209 del D.lgs. n. 267/2000 e ss.mm.ii., è costituito dal “complesso delle operazioni legate alla gestione finanziaria dell’ente locale e finalizzate in particolare alla riscossione delle entrate, al pagamento delle spese, alla custodia di titoli e valori ed agli adempimenti connessi previsti dalla legge, dallo statuto, dai regolamenti dell’ente o da norme pattizie”. Il contratto e gli obblighi delle parti sono analiticamente descritti nella convenzione approvata con delibera di Consiglio Comunale n. 5 del 28.01.2026 e nel capitolato speciale. L’importo dell’appalto a base di gara per l’arco di durata quinquennale ammonta ad € 1.600.000,00 (euro unmilioneseicentomila/00), esente IVA.
L’Ente ha provveduto a chiudere i dossier titoli in custodia presso la tesoreria comunale; pertanto, al ''corrispettivo omnicomprensivo del servizio di tesoreria e cassa'' si ritiene applicabile l'esenzione di cui all'articolo 10, primo comma, n. 1) del d.P.R. n. 633 del 1972 (giusta parere Agenzia delle Entrate Risposta n. 188/2023). L’importo comprende tutte le prestazioni previste e richiamate nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto e nella convenzione. Il valore globale stimato dell’appalto (comprensivo della proroga contrattuale di un anno) è pari ad € 1.920.000,00 (euro unmilionenovecentoventimila/00).
