Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení činností dle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Projekt bouracích a sanačních prací objektu mazutového hospodářství v bývalém závodu Volary společnosti Jihočeské dřevařské závody, a.s., Revize 2.“, zpracované 15. 1. 2026 společností SaNo CB s.r.o., která je přílohou č. 3 ZD.

Předmětem plnění jsou sanační práce, které spočívají v odstranění staré ekologické zátěže způsobené dlouhodobou špatnou manipulací a skladováním závadné látky – mazutu, která je deponována v budově mazutového hospodářství a nebyla zlikvidována. Vzhledem k dlouhodobému skladování mazutu je silně kontaminováno zdivo strojovny a podzemních jímek. Sanační práce budou spočívat v odčerpání mazutu ze všech podzemních jímek, záchytných žlabů a záchytných jímek kolem nadzemních zásobníků. Mazut bude zlikvidován dle platné legislativy. Dále bude provedena kompletní demolice kontaminovaného zdiva strojovny, podzemních jímek a čtyř nadzemních zásobníků. Zdivo a materiál zásobníků budou zlikvidovány dle platné legislativy. Po provedení demoličních a odklízecích prací bude proveden závoz výkopů inertním materiálem.

Cílem prací je naplnění opatření k nápravě dle Rozhodnutí ČIŽP OI České Budějovice č. j. ČIŽP/42/2024/5011 ze dne 16. 10. 2024 spočívající v odstranění staré ekologické zátěže způsobené dlouhodobou špatnou manipulací a skladováním závadné látky – mazutu.
