Original language: GermanIm Folgenden soll der Bedarf an "Architektur-, Administrations- und Verfahrensmanagementleistungen für SharePoint Plattform" gedeckt werden. Für Los 1 wird von einem Volumina von 480 Personentagen pro Vertragsjahr ausgegangen. Es wird keine Mindestabnahmemenge seitens des Auftraggebers vereinbart. Unter Leistungen des "Sharepoint Architekts" wird im Folgenden im Rahmen von grundsätzlich eigenständigen Ausarbeitungen bzw. Umsetzungen, die Installation, Standardkonfiguration, Überwachung und programmiertechnische Unterstützung und Verwaltung aufgesetzter Systeme im Rahmen der Landes- und Hausvorgaben nach den Vorgaben der Betriebsleitung verstanden. Als "Sharepoint Architekt" sind im Wesentlichen die folgenden Tätigkeiten auszuführen: • Anwendungsdesign • Anwendungsarchitektur • Anforderungsanalyse • Geschäftsprozessmodellierung • Konzeption und Lösungsentwurf • Dokumentation • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Anwendungen • Unterstützung bei der Migration von Altsystemen • Integration von Anwendungen in die Infrastruktur • Know-how-Transfer zu Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern des Auftraggebers • Administration von großen MS Sharepoint Server-Plattformen (Sharepoint 2016, Sharepoint 2019, Sharepoint Subscription Edition) on premise im Enterprise Umfeld mit mehr als 25.000 aktiven Nutzern/Monat im Hinblick auf Vertraulichkeit, Integrität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Authentizität, Fehlertoleranz / Resilienz, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Transparenz und Revisionssicherheit • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Powershell Skripte zur Automatisierung / Administration inklusive ausführlicher Dokumentation nach den Standards des Betriebsteams • Einführung neuer Sharepoint-Versionen on premise (Dokumentation / Planung / Testing / Umsetzung) inklusive Infrastrukturplanung und Sizing sowie Migration der bestehenden Sharepoint Farm auf Sharepoint Subscription Edition im Enterprise Umfeld (reduntant ausgelegte Farm, mindestens 25.000 aktive Nutzer/Monat) • Performanceanpassungen für Sharepoint und die damit verknüpften Systeme (IIS, SQL Server) • Evaluierung, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer / noch nicht eingesetzter Sharepoint-Features /-Services on premise • Härtung und Absicherung von Produktionsumgebungen on premise • Durchführung von System- und Performance-Prüfungen/Analysen • Analyse und Lösung komlexer Fehlerbilder • Architektur und Konfiguration der Sharepoint-Suche on premise • Integrationsleistungen in einer komplexen IT-Infra- und Anwendungsstruktur mit verschiedenen landesweiten Standardkomponenten z. B.
