Description
This Project consists of the renovation of the first floor to provide a new building entrance, entrance faรงade, vestibule, lobby, stair, and ADA compliant ramp. First floor program will be reorganized for proper adjacencies and room sizes, and an effective entrance security sequence. The vacant oil tank room and other underutilized spaces will be renovated to receive relocated cellar equipment. At the cellar, fire separation will be provided between remaining equipment rooms to make them code compliant.
As per PPB Rule 3-01 (d) Special Case (1)(i) Competitive sealed bidding from prequalified vendors, except as provided in Section 3-10 (a). Section 3-10 (a) reads:Except for procurements for construction, a procurement using a PQL shall be considered a 'special case' under these Rules
