Im Rahmen der Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen in der ZNA sind insbesondere die folgenden Aufgaben zu übernehmen: - Schutz von Personal, Patientinnen und Patienten, Besuchern und Eigentum des UKE Konzerns. - Präsenz zum Schutz und zur Unterstützung des Personals in der ZNA. - Schutz des Personals sowie Patienten und Besuchern vor Übergriffen, einschließlich Interventionseinsätze (u.a. Unterstützung bei Zwangsmaßnahmen des medizinischen Personals und/oder Gefahrenabwehr) in der ZNA sowie ggf. Anforderung von Unterstützung durch die Polizei. - Deeskalation und Beruhigung aggressiver Patientinnen und Patienten sowie sonstiger Personen. - Durchsetzung der Haus- und Geländeordnung. - Wahrnehmung und Durchsetzung des Hausrechtes. - Durchführung von Erste-Hilfe Maßnahmen bzw. Alarmierung des Notfallteams des UKE. - Ansprechpartner für das Personal sowie Patientinnen und Patienten und Besucher im UKE. - Sicherstellung des sozialen Friedens im Bereich der ZNA und Umgebung durch Präsenz und ggf. notwendige Krisenintervention. - Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten, Personal und Besuchern in der ZNA. - Durchführung von Patientensuchmaßnahmen im Fall von vermissten eigen- oder fremdgefährdenden Patienten. - Alarmierung des Notfallteams des UKE und der Polizei bei Suiziden / Suizidversuchen sowie Absperrung des betroffenen Bereichs.
