Objektschutz mit Zugangskontrolle für die Unterkünfte in der Talstraße 24-28 (Los 1), in der Industriestraße 37-45 (Los 2) sowie im Hixholzer Weg 12 und 14 (Los 3) in jeweils 42551 Velbert-Mitte. Der Objektschutz besteht jeweils aus einer Zugangskontrolle und einer "Rund um die Uhr" Besetzung von einem Mitarbeiter in einem bauseits gestellten Wohncontainer. In den Nachtstunden und an den Wochenenden ist eine Besetzung von 2 Mitarbeitern vorgesehen. Eine regelmäßige zusätzliche Bestreifung des Geländes ist zudem erforderlich.
