Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen und sicherheits- unterstützenden Serviceleistungen für die nachfolgend aufgeführten Lose: - Los 1 - rbb Standort Berlin: Masurenallee 8-14, 14057 Berlin mit angegliedertem Objekt (Sendestation Scholzplatz, 14055 Berlin) - Los 2 - rbb Standort Potsdam: Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 20, 14482 Potsdam mit angegliederten Objekten (zwei Lagerhallen Sirius-Business-Park, 14482 Potsdam) - Los 2.2 - rbb Regionalstudio Cottbus: Berliner Straße 155, 03046 Cottbus mit angegliedertem Objekt (Übertragungswagengarage, Berliner Straße 22, 03046 Cottbus - Los 2.3 - rbb Regionalstudio Frankfurt (Oder): Logenstraße 8, 15230 Frankfurt (Oder). - Los 3 - ARD Hauptstadtstudio: Wilhelmstraße 67a, 10117 Berlin. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2027, mit einer Laufzeit von 5 Jahren bis zum 31.01.2032, mit der Option der einmaligen Verlängerung um 12 Monate.
