Der Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb des Landkreises Rastatt (AWB) betreibt die ehemalige Deponie Hintere Dollert. Das anfallende Sickerwasser der Deponie wird gefasst und in unterirdischen Becken zur Zwischenspeicherung geleitet. Bis 2023 wurde das Sickerwasser in einer Umkehrosmoseanlage innerhalb der bestehenden Anlagenhalle vorbehandelt. Das Konzentrat wurde rückgeführt. Aufgrund des Alters der Anlage in Verbindung mit den Schwierigkeiten der Ersatzteilbeschaffung konnte die Anlage nicht weiterbetrieben werden. Daher wurde als Interimslösung eine temporäre Umkehrosmoseanlage in Containerbauweise vor der Anlagenhalle errichtet, In der Anlagenhalle befinden sich noch Anlagenteile, die zum Betreiben der Containeranlage notwendig sind. Das Permeat wird indirekt eingeleitet. Das Konzentrat wird abgefahren und extern entsorgt. Diese soll mit Nitrifikations- und Denitrifikationsbehältern und anschließender Ultrafiltration erfolgen. Für die Aufreinigung hinsichtlich PFAS sollen Membrantechnologien (Umkehrosmose und Nanofiltration) zum Einsatz kommen. Die Biologische Stufe und die Membrantechnologie sollen in der vorhandenen Halle untergebracht werden. Diese ist entsprechend zu vergrößern bzw. zu erhöhen. Die Aktivkohlefilter (zurzeit geht man von 3 Filter à 20 m³ aus) sollen außerhalb der Halle in einen nicht mehr genutzten Sickerwasserbecken aufgestellt werden. Die neue Anlage wird auf eine mittlere Zulaufmenge von 25 m³/d mit einem möglichen Tagesmaxima von 70 m³/d ausgelegt. Die Gesamtkosten für die Realisierung der neuen Sickerwasseraufbereitung werden auf rund 2,5 Mio. € brutto geschätzt. Die für die Realisierung der Maßnahme erforderlichen Planungsleistungen zur Technischen Ausrüstung und der Objektplanung sind Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahren.
