Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on mobiiltelefoniside kõne-, sõnumi-, andmeside- ja muud teenused orienteeruvalt 1200-le mobiiliabonendile – teatud teenuste puhul jagatud mahtude põhimõttel; lauatelefoniside kõneteenus ISDN ühenduse ja hankija telefonijaama vahendusel orienteeruvalt 1800-le ülikooli lauatelefoniabonendile senikauaks kuni kõik telefoniabonendid on üle kolitud pakkuja VoIP telefonijaama külge; lauatelefonide migratsioon pakkuja VoIP telefonijaama peab olema lõpule viidud hiljemalt 1. märtsiks 2027; lauatelefoniside kõne ja muud teenused pakkuja VoIP telefonijaama vahendusel orienteeruvalt 1800-le ülikooli lauatelefoniabonendile.
