Folgendes Raumprogramm ist geplant: - 4 AUR ca. 60m2 - 1 Werkraum ca. 80m2 - barrierefreies WC - genderneutrales WC - Technikraum - Pumi-Raum - offener Lernbereich Zur Liegenschaft gehören ein Altbau von 1914 (BGF ca. 689 m2) und ein Anbau von 1985 (BGF ca. 506 m2). Der Mobilbau von 1974 soll vor Baubeginn zurückgebaut werden.
